This information allows AER to place the most qualified and informed candidates about your organization prior to their first interview. Phase 2: Conduct Job Order Consultation & Strategic Search Plan AER will collaborate with you to define the job specifications; discuss the level of Candidate’s managerial metrics and leadership competencies required to perform the position at a high level, and the reporting relationships within your organization. Additionally, we will review degree of geographic reach, candidate education level, compensation and benefit package. Phase 3: Recruit Candidates & Execute Reference Checks. Given the reach and scope of AER’s existing network of candidate profiles, we will provide you with the most place able candidates matching the information gained from the Strategic Search Plan stage. Phase 4: Close the Candidate Once a final candidate has been identified, AER can extend the offer, as well as explain the Benefit package. Once the offer has been accepted, we will lead the candidate through all phases and provide guidance through the hiring process. If an offer is not going to be extended, the recruiter will relay that message in a positive and professional delivery, ensuring the credibility of your organization and maintaining a friendly relationship with the candidate; which may at later date become a consideration for candidacy again. Phase 5: Client Follow-up Once the Candidate begins employment with you, we will continue to maintain open communications, monitoring the candidate’s progression and your satisfaction during the first 90 days of your new employee’s tenure. Service Options Fees: Due to the complexity of our searches our fees are based on the level of each search. Our fees are standardized, highly competitive and are determined on an individual basis. As stated in our interview process this will be discussed and determined in phase 1 of the hiring procedure. Retainer/Executive Search: This option is primarily used where there is a critical need which must be filled within a specific period of time. An extended guarantee is provided and candidates are exclusively presented to the client. We guarantee an agreed number of in-person interviews within client’s specific time frame. This method is for high priority urgent needs and is typically selected for sales, marketing, production, engineering and management staffing needs. This option establishes a reduced service fee over contingency service. The agreed upon engagement fee is due prior to commencement of search. Final payments are due upon candidate start date. We guarantee an agreed number of in-person interviews. A exclusive guarantee will be provided to AER from the client at the beginning of the search process. Contingency: Contingency search may be used for ongoing positions. Payment is due upon candidate start date. A 30 day guarantee is given. AER will provide another candidate at no additional fee if the prior candidate does not meet 30 days.
